From Process Consulting to Digital Intelligence
Our roots trace back to 1994. Since then, we have supported companies in Germany, the USA, and international project environments with demanding process, integration, and technology challenges.
Over the years, our service profile evolved from classic process consulting, Lean, and Operational Excellence projects, combining operational experience with profound IT expertise. Today, we support companies in the PLM, ERP, EDI, and MES environments, as well as with cloud-based SaaS solutions for business-critical operations.
Our cloud journey began in 2010 with AWS. During this time, our award-winning Software-as-a-Service framework, factoryworkx, was first rolled out, a significant step towards scalable, secure, and powerful cloud solutions. Today, we bundle this experience into three service areas: Manufacturing Intelligence, Supply Chain Intelligence, and Consulting & AI. This allows us to connect operational processes, digital integration, and intelligent decision support.
Our mission is clear: We don't just digitally map processes. We help companies make operations more transparent, robust, and efficient. Practical, measurable, and anchored in daily business.
As an Amazon Web Services Partner, we develop solutions for business-critical digital processes, from secure cloud architecture and scalable operations to the integration of existing ERP, EDI, and production systems. This way, we create stable digital foundations for growth, efficiency, and innovation – where data, systems, and processes must reliably interact.
Since 2024, we have been working from our office in Westerwald. At the same time, we remain close to our customers: on-site for projects, remotely for daily business, or in our modern office for exchange, conception, and focused development.
To this day, I am fascinated by the amount of expertise, responsibility, and passion within companies. At the same time, I see how difficult it has become to make good decisions when information is scattered, contexts are missing, and each function only sees a part of the reality.
This is precisely what drives our mission: We aim to reduce waste in processes, data flows, and system landscapes, not through added complexity, but through solutions that truly help in day-to-day operations: for people, processes, and decisions.
We combine experience from Lean, Operational Excellence, IT, and in-house software development. Because we know: impact isn't created by technology alone. Impact is created when processes are understood, data is correctly classified, and solutions are consistently implemented. This is what we stand for: practical, reliable, and with the ambition to make companies noticeably more robust, transparent, and efficient.
